Opening Prayer – Tom Buck

Devotion – Steve Martin

Rangers is vital for today’s culture, but it’s under attack. When the enemy comes in like a flood, a standard will be raised up against it. Is there another ministry in the church that purposely and intentionally mentors boys? No…boys will become men. As men, we have a charge to mentor boys to become men…they are our future businessmen, political leaders, church leaders, husbands, fathers…they are the next generation’s leaders.
Eph. 5:1  We have a charge from God to be imitators of Him. “Follow me as I follow Christ.” We need to share the gospel with the boys in a living way so that they’ll see us imitating God, and will imitate us. We have the opportunity so take what God birthed in the heart of Johnnie Barnes in 1952 and take it to this generation. Pray for revival within the Rangers ministry.

Sectional Leaders Report – John Fudalik

Deputy Commanders Report – Aaron Biernacki

  • Has the Survival shirts
  • PowWow feedback:
    Boys liked it. Some dads were nervous and watchful throughout the night. Good to allow the boys to bring extra stuff. Many parents didn’t like having 2 PowWows so close together, mainly because of the cost.

Pinewood Derby – Steve Martin

  • March 2, 2019 at GAP
  • Different decorations
  • Let Steve M know if you have any ideas for the day
  • Idea: Every outpost make an outpost car – no rules except for 5 oz.
  • Patch contest – Rhoda will send out patch design template

Chartering – Al Barber

  • Chartered: 30, 35, 44, 51, 115. Others need to charter ASAP.

  • Ranger Basics –  Date: December 1, 2018
  • Location: Pentecostal Assembly of God
  • Address: 65 North Clinton Ave, Trenton NJ 08609
  • Cost: $25 (Lunch will be provided for an additional fee)
  • The other is in Egg Harbor Township (Outside Atlantic City).
  • It will be a Ranger Basics course on Dec 8th.

    WCO will be offered. Registration info will come out after Regional meeting.

  • Tom Buck – Encourage everyone to read the book Circle Maker – it will change the way you pray. When we pray, we need to expect God to answer. Draw circles around God’s promises.
