Sectional Leaders Report – John Fudalik

Sectional PowWow next year: June 5-7, 2020 at Quail Hill. Add optional $200 for them to do cleanup…but there are other groups there, so we may not have to pay this. Includes big lodge, activity field (may need to be shared), shooting range. Might possibly get a porta potty (nice for nighttime).

Ranger Derby  Feb. 29, 2020 @ GAP.
John has cars available $3 each.  Let him know if you need them before the next meeting.

Chartering – Al Barber

See handout for outposts that need to charter. Leaders are $15; boys are $13.

Training – Al Barber

None for the rest of the year.
Empower 2020 Regional conference – Jan 17-18, 2020 in Harrisburg.

FCF – John Fudalik

Looking for a new FCF Sectional rep. Anyone in FCF who has a desire to do it, contact John. Joseph Kromelbein said he’ll do it. Will need to do Buckskin and get outfit. Tom will sponsor.

Responsibilities: PowWow – set up fire; Trace – responsible for sectional event. Handle paperwork for new members.

If you don’t attend a trace 3 years in a row, you have to restart the FCF process.

Camporama – July 20-24, 2020

Early registration discount by Oct. 31st. John, Ralph Vasquez are going. Camporama class will be offered at Empower.
