Heb. 12:1-2 Some commentators picture the witnesses in an amphitheater as gladiators are doing battle. At the end of the battle, It was the Caesar who gave the thumbs up or down determining whether or not the gladiator would live. We don’t wrestle against flesh & blood…we’re engaged in a spiritual battle.
We have relationships in the church, in the world, but the most important one is the relationship with Jesus.

v1 – Don’t get distracted; v2 Fix our eyes on Jesus – It’s only when we do that we can be effective commanders, spouses, ministers in church.

Acts 1:8 You will receive power… Jesus is still the author & perfecter of our faith.

Sectional PowWow – not sure yet of date; looking like Full Gospel Church in Wall; still looking for a place to go fishing. Camping/recreation space about the same size as Allaire. We’ll have to get portapotties.

Harvey Johnson has moved to TX; no word yet on who district training coordinator will be.
